If you are feeling low, you do not need to suffer in silence. There are a number of things you can do which can help you to manage your mood and to deal with any trauma from the past. This blog will examine some of the things you can do. I learnt about these different methods when I was feeling very depressed. I was spending all day in bed and I had lost contact with my friends.
